feeling pretty inspired

made up an enemy for the 16 bit from the original concept images i did,
he's a tiny bit strange but i think thats a part of his charm,
tell me what you think.

think we need to start mapping out the terrain now that we have a good idea of what it looks like aswell.
i've got in mind for the 16 bit that it should be very platform oriented, more risks involving falling of the level n such.

  1. I still want to do that three headed monster that Todd was talking about, the one that was meant to be the devil. I'm actually considering writing up a fairly deep story to hide in beneath all this stuff we have going right now, sort of like Braid. But I think the chances at humor are just too good to pass up.

    Mapping terrain should be pretty easy if we go with my idea below, because we can simply create a map for the programmers to create that changes textures every 100 seconds. We should probably get a time on how long it takes the character to travel from one side of the screen to the other first. Then we can work out exactly what sort of length the map is going to need to be.

  2. i'll try making a working sprite of "triple face", i tried to fit it into a 64x64 and it didnt reallt work. so i'll try making it taller.
